Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem stated on Thursday that over a million undocumented immigrants have departed from the United States since President Donald Trump assumed office.
“In under 200 days, 1.6 MILLION undocumented immigrants have exited the U.S. population. This is significant,” Noem remarked on X.
“This results in safer streets, savings for taxpayers, reduced pressure on schools and hospital services, and improved job prospects for Americans,” she continued. “Thank you @POTUS Trump!”

In a video shared on X, Noem stated that the figures demonstrate “precisely the brilliance of Donald J. Trump.”
“Upon his election in November, he understood the necessity of restoring safety to America,” she remarked.
She further mentioned that when Trump appointed her as Homeland Security secretary, one of her responsibilities was to communicate to the world “that we will no longer accept individuals residing in our country unlawfully and that they must return to their home countries.”

“The world has received the message. They are departing voluntarily, which is the most beneficial outcome for American citizens,” she stated.
Noem remarked that as illegal immigrants departed, “2.5 million Americans found employment in the past six to seven months.”
“This represents remarkable growth for U.S. citizens, which will positively impact their families and those who cherish this nation, who were born here, and who seek employment, now presented with new avenues for success,” she added.
A press release on the DHS website indicated, “During her initial 200 days as secretary, DHS also initiated an international, multimillion-dollar advertising campaign urging illegal aliens to LEAVE NOW, as failure to do so will result in their arrest and deportation. This new information demonstrates that illegal aliens are responding to our message.”
It mentioned that the Trump administration terminated the CBP One App, which purportedly enabled “over one million aliens to unlawfully enter the country.”
The application has since been adapted to facilitate the voluntary departure of illegal immigrants from the country.
It also highlighted that individuals who self-deport may receive $1,000 and a complimentary flight to their country of origin.
“The swift reduction in the illegal immigrant population is already being experienced nationwide, from decreased pressure on public services to a revival in local job markets,” the release stated.
According to DHS, the illegal immigrant population increased from 10.2 million in 2021 to 15.8 million when Trump assumed office in January.
The notifications were sent discreetly, consisting of a mere three-line email without any fanfare or explanation. Nevertheless, the message was clear: the period of activist immigration judges undermining the law has concluded.
Approximately 50 federal immigration judges have now been removed, despite the Biden-era backlog of over three million cases overwhelming the system. President Donald Trump, now reinstated in the White House, is fulfilling his commitment to restore law and order, not only at the border but also within the courtrooms, as reported by El Pais.
As anticipated, the judges who hindered deportations and conferred benefits upon illegal immigrants are now voicing their objections. Unshackled from the dignity associated with their previous roles, many are publicly asserting that their dismissals were unjust, retaliatory, or even discriminatory.
“Jennifer Peyton, an immigration judge since 2016, was a member of the Chicago court’s most prominent group of judges, responsible for training new judges and managing highly intricate cases,” reported El Pais.
“On July 4, while vacationing with her family, she informed CBS that she received her termination email as a complete shock. She asserts that she has never encountered any disciplinary measures and has consistently received favorable performance ev
